Returns and Exchanges
We offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase if your product is faulty or does not match its advertised description. A refund will be made via your original payment method or a replacement item will be mailed out.
Products returned to us must be in their original condition. There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items.
How do I return something?
Please contact our team at email@example.com advising of the problem and your preference for a refund or replacement item. Once confirmed package the item securely and post it to us at the address below. Please note that we do not cover return postage costs. If you paid for postage in your original order it will be refunded along with the purchase price.
When the item has been returned to us in good order, we will arrange for the total price to be refunded into your account. Please clearly mark your name and order number on your delivery so the return can be credited to the correct account.
